Mark A. Cote Scholarship Fund

Mark Cote and his wife Dee have been long time volunteers and generous financial supporters of the Amesbury Public Schools. Their son Nathan graduated from Amesbury High School in 2016 and their son Benjamin graduated from Amesbury High School in 2019. Mark’s family and friends have established a scholarship fund in his honor. Two annual scholarships will be awarded to graduating students from Amesbury High School or Amesbury Innovation High School.

Mark A. Cote Legacy Scholarship:

Mark was an extremely talented development manager and programmer for Microsoft. Many of his colleagues have expressed that he was the most influential person in their careers and was also a kind and compassionate friend. This annual scholarship will be awarded to a student attending Amesbury High School or Amesbury Innovation High School who will be selected based on a short essay describing someone who has made an important impact in their life or share how they have been a positive influence on others.

Cote Family Scholarship in Memory of Mark A. Cote:

This scholarship will be awarded to an Amesbury High School student to help further his/her education in the field of computer programming, engineering, mathematics, environmental science, or political science/international relations, or education/teaching.
